With regards to a plant being stuck in its position, especially once being subjected to its flowering stage it shouldn't be moved regardless. With that in mind allowing a design of a Room with enough headway to allow vertical removal of plants would allow you to simply cut back trellis netting...

For small lights. I get the Amazon bug and like trying and playing with Mars hydro and viperspectra leds. Normally a black and lush lighting user but good lawd, for veg and clones. Cheapo lil $40 led ready to rock for little electrical charge sounds and is an amazing commodity
