My tap water is 60ppm roughly 7.1ph and im growing in fox farm soil ... Is 60ppm ok for growth should i add anything to water and when should I any help appreciated? My plants are 2 weeks old today so there still small but look good as of now

i got a seed from a friend decided to start growing... plant seems fine on leave color but im not sure if this looks normal for new leaves or if i have a autoflower that starting to flower, Can someone tell me if this is normal or if its a sign something wrong with plant or if its a autoflower?
