    First grow issues

I'd flush right through until the run off was as clear as what's going in, I would then hit it with a fresh nutrient mix immediately after and then just leave it for 4-5 days. You want to encourage the root system to grow so don't give it anything. If the pots feel heavy, then they've got...

    First grow issues

Looks like signs of nutrient lockout and over-watering. You're overthinking it, which easy to do when you're new to this. I personally would ditch the distiller, just use tap water for now. Put the water in a res to let the chlorine evaporate overnight and use that to make up your nutrient mix...

    Problems?

I'm pretty confident it's genetics. What are your night time temps? 10c or lower will accelerate this effect. Can you post some more pics in a few days? You should it spread even more and it'll appear at other flowering sites on that same plant too. I've had some plants where they were dark purple.

    White spots help!

If it were spider mites the tell tale signs are speckled dots on the tops of the leaves where they're underneath chowing down. They also start webbing from underneath. Easy way to tell is to flip the leaves over, you can see the adults without a microscope.

    White spots help!

Hit your plants with UV light at night. UV light is what will kill powdery mildew. Unfortunately the fungus spores are in the environment. I've never personally had it but I have known others who have, nothing else has worked other than UV. The only sure way to clear the spores in your...

Actual mold on roots? Can’t seem to find much info online...

I'm using the Flora series in DWC with nothing else. You're definitely wasting your money with the bacteria and fungus additives. I would eliminate them and add hydrogen peroxide with every res change. Also, are you able to check what the air stone action is like? I suspect the ones you're...

Spider mites during flower HELP PLEASE!!!!

At this stage the only thing I'd consider would be Predators and daily visual inspections. I would not be spraying them with anything.

What's your DWC setup like? Are they interlinked? Are you using air stones?

Actual mold on roots? Can’t seem to find much info online...

Thanks for the pics. That clarifies the situation! You need to hit those roots with hydrogen peroxide ASAP. It looks like a combination of staining from whatever you were using before and some sort of fungal growth in there, likely due to poor oxygenation and/or lack of movement in the water...

Actual mold on roots? Can’t seem to find much info online...

Hey Anne, What medium are you growing in? If it's in soil it might be beneficial Mycorrhiza. I'm doing a soil grow at the moment where I've purposely added this in and I can visually see the fungal growth on the top of the pots. Most importantly how are the plants looking? Tell tale signs of...

Spots after first week in hydro (n00b warning)

Nice, that definitely helps. So it's a re-circling system that's using a water pump? Is it sucking in from the black pipe then output via the white? Oxygenating from the waterfall effect? How often are you topping this up?

    White spots help!

Yea, it looks like powdery mildew . I'd consider hitting it with UV.

Spots after first week in hydro (n00b warning)

They're looking good. For me personally 3 weeks is a very long time to not change the water out. I typically do it once a week. Normally pH will creep out of range towards the end of the week and the plants tend to consume 25-30% anyway, so it always felt right to do it then. It also prevents...

    Pistels browning too early

Not unless there's a hermie in there. I literally never go in as the feeding is automated. Only time I've been in there is to defoliate. Here's some more pictures.

    Pistels browning too early

Hey OJAE, I have been defoliating quite heavily so I have been brushing up against them. I did this about 4 days ago. I hope it's that!

    Pistels browning too early

Hey BurntByFire, They're San Bacio Gelato. Supposedly they're 75% Indica / 25% Sativa. 9-10 week flowering time. I don't recall ever seeing pistels browning this early before. It's also happening to a strain that's not from HSO.

    Pistels browning too early

Hey all, I'm coming into week 4 of flower and I'm a little concerned about the pistels browning way too early. Any suggestions as what this is? I'm using two different methods (soil and hydro) with different strains and it's affecting them all. I'm thinking perhaps I've got a hermie in there or...
