I have been monitoring the humidity in the jars, it almost never got above 70%, NLs are about 2.5 months post harvest. I got worried that humidity was hanging around 68% too much so I took everything out and let air dry on rack for a couple days... repeated the same thing two weeks later and...

Is this mold? PLEASE tell me this isn't mold....
