those are calyxes-they make up the buds-you need about 100% more of those-only way to get that is to get about 200% more light then you have rt now-gotta run

basically you need to up your wattage-alot-thats your problem

and thats bare minimum-get a 250 watt with an centrifugal inline fan and some ducting-w an air cooled hood-hydrofarm has them with the ballast built in

one plant? get a 150 watt hps and a couple fans.

hold on-just read the post above-you have this thing under 2 23 watt cfl's on a 12/12 light cycle??thats your problem right there dude-if you need to flower w cfl's you need waay more watts than that-thats why theres no bud on them

your plant needs a 12 hour complete dark period to flower aka. start budding dude

what kind of mold grows protrusions that look like dried leaf stems? you dont have any pics of the things on your actual plant?

theres no way those were growing on your plants unless they are stems from a leaf that you pruned and forgot about-Or you opened up a sack of ganj above them and some stems fell out onto your buds
