Got theses seeds from a friiend I’ve been growing almost them a month I just notice there very short N fat anyway I topped them but I can’t tell if there photoperiod or auto

Is this a auto? it grew little white hairs after 4 weeks n it’s starting to smell too if so should I transplant tonight before dark cycle

Do you think these are ready to transplant or give it another week or so right now there in 1 galllons

They been under 24/7 light should I stop n go 18/6
