Yeah lights come on when I plug it in .but I've tried to set timer on contoller but I don't understand set up I've tried in ticking the zone boxes but doesn't turn them off???

My plant's are veggin at moment so I've gotta phone the company before I switch them over

Cant get it to come on at 7pm till 7am lights come on when I plug it in only 3rd grow 1st under these .Can anyone help
