What soil are you in / size of pot? (I do like those 'clone bag' things mind). It could be pheno/strain dependant but some look like a lot of plant for the volume of soil?

Ortega from FDM, 1 week 3 days into stretch. Lst'd to even out the canopy. At 2 weeks it will get a light defoliation. In living soil. I cannot place the stem rub at all. The nearest I can get is like you haven't emptied your kitchen pedal bin. Lightly fermented trash. That's a new one...

Thanks guys, I was heading that way but good to know the detail of a cross being more stable, makes sense.

Had to make a call and cull the two most male heading Puck BC3 (plus one had almost no stem rub smell at all). One got chopped up and spread on the newly potted up Pucks. This leaves three Pucks that might look to be heading female that are now in their final 13ltr pots. The two at the...

    CSI humboldt thread

After some advice, if you had the space to pop one fem seed, which of these would you pop? I've run one ChemD S1 before and it was ok but not a keeper. The friend I grow for has a brain tumour which weirdly means his tolerance is incredibly high, so potency is really important. It doesn't...

    Crickets and Cicada Seeds

Thanks for this, very interesting info. I've kept frozen pollen from a Real Seed Company Kandahar male that had a stem rub exactly like the Pucks, but stronger. Would get right into your sinuses strong. Exact same smell. This bodes well for a cross of sorts once the keepers are found.

    Crickets and Cicada Seeds

Ordinarily they should show their balls during the first two weeks of stretch, but these dinosaur plants are nothing like anything I've grown before, so who knows. It actually presents a problem in the 2 x 4 as I didn't want to pot up all 5 of mine into their final 13ltr pots. I've...

That's incredible people still have her, good to know from an academic standpoint. I very much doubt legalisation is anywhere near so bubble cheese will have to be the next best thing.

Nice to know, thanks. The ortega is vegging with the puck so It's a real Neville fest in their currently. I also picked up from fdm their new Bubble Cheese (exodus cut x indiana bubblegum), only because back in the 2000s and something I once scored an oz of very well grown cheese and made it...

That's the one. The Puck or Skelly cut was found in Neville's hashplant (pnwhp x nl1), I know that C&C has the Puck clone only plus an original NL1 and worked the line for around 4 years specifically towards the Puck to get to the BC3 version. It's a very worked line, so no hybrid vigour...

I'm not topping my plants this time

Is there an argument relating to finishing time throughout the structure of the plant? In those lovely pics of one massive tall cola with much lower side branches, will the top of the cola mature first getting the ambers but the side lowers won't be ready? So do you overcook the top cola to...

Totally agree, I've been growing purely US old school genetics for years due to the bottle necked modern genetics problem. Here's The Puck BC3 (genetics date back to '84 I believe (don't quote me!) It's the Pacific Northwest Hashplant x NL1 from the clone only Skelly Hash Plant (Puck).
