ok so I have seem to outgrow my room and light.the clones i have going from this mother are about to catch up to her.should i bud her out and take all clones outside till shes done or take her outside and bud all the clones.? or flip the whole room i still have 2 small clones i did under my shop...

I have a major root problem i pulled them out at bottom a little and some came off. Ive read to much back and forth on what to do should i cut the root ball or just plant it in a bigger pot.
