What do you think i should do to help it

I have a little spray bottle i spray ut about 5 times

I water it every 4 days

It was yesterday but i found it laying down this morning

I berly put the string on like 10 min ago it was staning on straight when i wen to bed i woke up it it was laying down in the floor

It was fine yesterday but i woke up and it loked like this

Im thinking about growing it outside when it gets bigger

I also have another seed in a napkin but it hast grown like the onther one its been 4 days
