i have a 4 plants week 5 of flower i have nice buds but this on my plants i am wondering if they hermed or is this normal ? first grow btw need help plz and thx.

So I got some plants week 4 of flower and my breaker switch interrupted my day cycle for 40min how do I prevent hermie’s and is it possible they won’t mind it but I’m really bummed because I dedicate all this time so they can herm during flower my first grow btw.

My girls are week 3 into flower throughout 12/12 I’ve kept 68*F is that too cold? If so have I mess up my yield and should I raise temps. Any advice helps thanks in advance
