No I order my spores in a syringe then I do a wild bird seed monotub tub, basicly you inoculate your soaked cleaned n pressure cooked grain from the bird seed with the syringe then spawn it to a brick of coco coir in a 64 quart tub, once that's all colonized you just initiate fruiting...also do...

Yes soil, I just transplanted around 2 weeks ago u think she could use another one already

I usually don't but I noticed a couple white flies so I sprayed her down n checked under all the leaves
