If I'm running an organic soil mix ( Happy Frog, EWC, Recharge, Ancient Forest) do I need to Ph my R/O water when plain watering? And Would I Ph my water if I used an organic nutrient in the water? Appreciate any info, I'm starting a grow next week, Thank you!

I'm looking for organic enzymes to use in conjunction with Recharge. I'm using soil-EWC, PERLITE, HAPPY FROG, ANCIENT FORREST AND RECHARGE, WITH A TOP DRESSING DRY FERT WHEN IT NEEDS SONE FOOD. Running R/o water. Any suggestions on what enzymes to get?

I'd use the tap water but Where I live in California, but I don't trust it one bit lol I'll stick to adding a little bit from the bottle. Side thought: I was looking at organic grows and found something called "Cover Crops" I was mainly looking at adding clover to the top layer of soil

Could I put gypsum in the soil, to add cal/mag?
