    Grow cabinet design help

Im still debating on how to put the intake holes and make it as stealth as possible. I decided to get a 6 inch inline fan instead of a 4 inch, so i need two 6 in nch intake holes, im brainstorming about how to make them light tight and stealthy at the same time before i build the cabinet.

    Grow cabinet design help

My original plan was to put the filter and fan in the middle of the cabinet, that way i will have place of the right and left next to them for the lights. Then i started seeing that most tents have the lights below the filter and fan, this will make me lose about a feet of headroom but its fine...

    Grow cabinet design help

Lebanon, so stealth is a very important factor for me. 4 inch fans and filters fit perfectly for my plan, however if i want to upgrade to 6 inch later i will have to space difficulties, so i need to make the decision up front. Do you think that extra feet height is worth it? Or i sacrifice it...

    Grow cabinet design help

The filter will be in the middle of the cab, that way the two QB96 can hang right next to it. I have 6.10 feet height and adding a carbon filter horizontally will make me lose about one foot, nothing noticeable but i would rather gain that 1 foot on my plants, thats why i decided to go with the...

    Grow cabinet design help

The back side will be against a wall, next to a door. I was thinking about placing them on the back but with a goor look you will be able to spot them. Unless its a big 8 inch hole in the middle back of the cabinet. So i think on the floor is better. Dont you think is better to raise it more...

    Grow cabinet design help

I understand what you mean, but stealth is a factor also. If you stand next to the cabinet and look you will be able to see the intake holes, i live in a country where stealth is extremely important. Having intake holes on the floor and exhaust from the ceiling is not a good idea?

    Grow cabinet design help

The back of the cabinet will be placed against a wall so i was thinking that if i place the intake holes on the low back of the cabinet like in design 2 it will restrict airflow? I am leaning towards design 1 but i am not sure about its effectiveness, the cabinet will be lifted 4 inches off the...

Ventilation setup for DIY grow cabinet

Where i live in the winter its very cold and in the summer its very hot. Do i need extraction in veg and...

Ventilation setup for DIY grow cabinet

This setup is meant to be stealth or else i wouldve gone bigger than 2x4. Do i need a carbon filter in the veg section? I was thinking of a carbon filter on top of the flower section, with venting holes at the bottom of flower, veg, and clones with fans running inside each section. But what...

I decided to go with a 2x4x7 cabinet which perfectly fits in my place, split it into two 2x2 rooms, one for flowering one for vegging, and i split the veg room at 5 feet height to make rooms for clones and maybe bonsai mothers. My plan is to veg each plant in the biggest sized container (maybe...
