Sprayed with Milk last night and started looking a bit better this morning. Is there a chance it will all go away and be smokeable?

Growing Norther Lights Autos and they have some strange white powdery look to them. I sprayed them down with a mildew removal agent from Canadian Tire and it helped a bit but buds still look funny. Any suggestions on anything else I can do or should I just chop em down?
