Is it possible to flower plants with the standard lights that come with the AeroGarden Pro 200 and no extras?

Is there any website or info that has the breakdown of what nutrients are in the tablets. I have been using them and the plants are three weeks old. No complaints.

The water maybe? Distilled or bottled drinking water.

Seeds have sprouted and I have removed the biodomes.

All three seeda have begun germination. There is one that appears to be moving a little faster than the other two. Should the lights remain on the 18/6 setting or is it time to go to 24/0?

Well, I cut the lights off last night using the manual on/off switch. Just looked at them (6:00 AM) and the light is back on. I am not going to mess with it anymore and just use the standard 18/6 setting that the AG comes pre-programmed with. I figure rather than throwing off the light cycle...
