I defoliate and prune 2-3 times big during veg let them revive then you'll start to see better thicker top growth

it's ok to do that if they are in direct sun. remove some buildup and give them a fresh boost until the next feeding. lightly water next time.

I agree with you. When I grow I cut my plants in 3 stages. Early for that heady high, Normal for that classic head/body high and late for that COUCH LOCK body high after I jar them I colour code them so I know which is which BLUE is heady high GREEN is regular high PURPLE is couch lock high
