UV and deep reds can be turned off on the board I bought above. I will only use them in flower. The do have other boards, but this is the one I went for and my plants are loving it. :)

Shipping from China by UPS is fine. Ordered a Quantum board that was shipped yesterday, and Ups tracking has it arriving this Monday. Shipping companies are considered as essential services right now and no interruptions in China talking to my dealer or on this end in Canada.
