I love reading stories like that...and ya 588 wet off one plant i had a bubblegum auto yield just under a pound wet weight and all im using is a sf2000 nd a mars hydro 600w people say you dont get good yields with led but ive been happy with my output and my energy cost so ig whatever works for...

Still smoked better than some stuff ive tried haha

I did a dry once for 4 days and it was a smooth smoke didnt smell like much until you broke it tho

You should be ok i think some people let their soil dry out completly before they cut to reduce dying time not sure how effiecent it is but i think youll be ok to still cut it
