I found one similar an "iPower" which supports x2 315 watt and at the exact price you mentioned, I was considering using 2 Philips 3000k CMH for the entire grow :)

I can't thank you enough for this information....you've made me completely reconsider my lighting I think i might go with this (See pic) and with x2 of the Philips bulbs you mentioned which i found for about 70$ a piece. Scanning the forum i see others have had great success using x2 315watt...

Thank you for the reply :) What brand are you using? The Yeasence LED's i was looking at seemed to be at the higher end of low quality....x3 5 watt chip per diode, veg/bloom switches....

Thank you so much for the speedy reply :) ....So if i were to have 640 watts i should remove about 20% conservatively which would put me at around 480 watts? this seems sufficient to me to really fill a 4x4...or am i being too optimistic?
