This is my setup I went uvb crazy. Hlg 280xl 3k Spectrum X4 Agromax Pure UV 4 ft.

The ones that have UVB the glass blocks most of it from being used. These agromax Pure UV 75%UVB / 25%UVA bulbs are insanely powerful. I could visually see a noticeable difference in the leaves I just wish they gave clear direction on using this bulb without damaging ur plants.

better is better, usually about a 5% increase from what i have researched
