Just wanted to report back that I finally have PA, so anyone who checked yesterday may want to check again it looks like something was worked out overnight!

I reapplied online yesterday and my initial mail app was 11/27 (which I assume means they received it around 11/30). Nothing in my email and the rep on the phone said that I should be granted access "any day now."

I sent my app in on 11/27 but due to the wait I emailed and asked that my paper app be cancelled in lieu of my online app. I'm not sure how this will go over but does anyone know how long PA takes after applying online?
