Actual card arrived today!

Has anyone who got the "printer down, but here's your access" letter gotten their actual card yet? My letter expires in 19 days, and I'm not feeling super confident I'll have my card before then.

I gave myself a cut off of 200 times a day. And some days that many I didn't get through. There ARE two different recordings though. One says there are high call volumes and suggest their website and then hangs up. The other thanks you for contacting them and says their representatives are busy...

I don't really understand the order they're doing things in. Seems like people from mid-October to late October are being handled sorr of randomly. Have you checked your approval status?

Snail Mailed 10/21 USPS tracking confirmed delivery 10/23 IDPH says app received 10/25 Today is exactly day 90 from when they said it was received.

Update: Called today and got through after waiting 3 times in hold for 10 min. each. System automatically gives the high call volume message at 10 min. then hangs up. App approved either yesterday afternoon after I called or today before I called .I asked about printer issues and the guy said...

Have you called your dispensary about this? I'd be curious to see if they know about these letters and if the state has told them they're an acceptable form of "card".

Day 85. Finally got through after 400 calls over the last 2 days. Still processing (processing since 1/10).

Day 83. Called IDPH 100+ times today but never got through to check my status.

Thanks. I'm hoping that's just something they say and that it won't actually take that long. Weather shifts and winter are really hard for me, and I've been in pretty much non-stop pain since mid-September.

Just got off the phone with IDPH hoping to hear the word "approved" since the woman I was speaking to told me they started processing my app 1/10. She said, "No, it can take up to 30 days to process an application." So... I'm on day 82 already. Day 90 will be the 23rd, and they're saying if it...

You applied 10/26 and we're approved 1/7? I applied 10/25 and they just started processing mine today. Hoping it'll arrive soon for both of us.

Day 81, check finally deposited!

Day 77. No check cashed yet. Thinking 90 days is unlikely. Applied by mail, so provisional is likely out, too.

Update: Mailed app 10/21 USPS tracking shows delivered 10/23 IDPH says received 10/25 Called today (day 74) and they have not gotten to my app yet, nor has check been deposited.
