So these are all based on the Samsung 301B LED's. How would this board or the strips compare up against say the Cree 3590's, the CXM32 or the Vero29? I find it really hard to compare if I can't use lumens. How many COBS does the board compare to?

Hm, okay. I think I am set on the HLG Quantum 288.2 board. I'm considering getting 2 and then powering them with a HLG-120H-c2100. Is this vast overkill, or is it not such a bad idea? I am still perplexed that Migro 100, for example, gets a similar PPFD output, using a single COB though.

I would buy them from Digikey. I believe they have european warehouses. I can see that I can get the samsung led strips from avnet, who also have european warehouses.

I'm in Europe so importing from American pre-made manufacturers is going to be expensive.

Unfortunately it looks like it's hard for me to find the Samsung 1foot LED strip SI-B8V521560WW, in a low quantity. Isn't 2x vero29's gonna output much more light though?

Thanks for all the good replies! Much appreciated! Height is definitely a concern as well as the tent is 5 feet tall. How do the LED strips compare to the COB's? I watched a lot of growmau5, and he is mostly set on COB's. What brand and model should I look out for, and can I get the same...

That seems expensive for a 2x2 tent. I originally thought of copying a Migro 100 light or the Optic 1 as they should be able to cover the 2x2 sufficiently. (Unable to post links for the lights as my account is not old enough).
