Some leafs and so was damaged on one of the plants so i pulled on it and it came off

I'm going to buy some nutes for my cannabis plants it will be nutes in liquid form how should i apply it ? mix it in with water and give it to them like that or just pour some on the soil and then water it haha ?

So they are about a month old now transplanted them like a week ago do my plants look healthy and good ? All responses and criticism are welcome!. Been some heavy rain lately so i lost one :(
