I grow in soil, using well water that has a ph of 8.2. My question is if I get a ppm check from say a local hydro shop I would guess or assume that the ppm/ec of my well water would remain pretty stable. And I could get by without buying a meter myself. Any thoughts? Cheers!

Where I live summer temps reach over 100 during the hot part of the day. Should I plant in the full sun, south slope, (south slope = more sun North slope = less) I have an alternate north slope location that has som late afternoon shade. Any thoughts Thanks
