I am considering planting in early july. I dont know if that would be a waste or if it would be worth a try. Feedback would be helpful

I started germination about two weeks ago and it has been in soil outdoors for about 12 days. It does not seem to be growing very much and since this is my first time growing I do not know if it looks healthy. Please help
