is this a female or a hermie cause it has the pistols on the top but no were else no clusters of balls but the botom ones look like balls

my plants are 7 and half inches high and 26 days old almost a month is it okay to put them on 12/12 now? i cant let them get to big

This is my first grow and i am just kind of experimenting and i got a 100 watt cfl light i know not enough light but it doesnt put out much heat, is that a good thing or a bad thing? because i dont know does marijuana need heat from the light?
