can you make weed brownies out of stems?? if so how many stems would you have to use for a batch of browmies

So i plan on growing some indoor PPP feminized seeds from nirvana, i was goining to purchase one of thoes grow tents and the kit that comes with teh 400 watt hps and hm lights.... when doing this indoor is there a noticible spike in the electricity coaust? that would make the electric company...

i am getting 10 feminized seeds of PPP from nirvana and am using one one thoes closet grow tent set ups that come with a 400 watt HPS and MH light and nutrients and i was wondering what the ideal yield would be for each plant?? any one have a good guess on how much dry bud i will get :joint:
