Hello all I started this girl a couple week ago I think its on day 16. Is this normal growth for a 16 day old plant? And also it starting to get rust spots how can I help her?

OK so I have 3 11 day old seedlings 2-Ghost OG and 1-Violator Kush. Ok I got 4 clones that had a few roots poking out of the RW cube and transplanted it in to 4 small pots of soil. The problem is that one of the clones have turned brown and yellow. No green at all. Is it going to die??????
