Anyone in Hancock County need a care giver?

I am getting either a Lumatek 400 or a Phantom 400. Which do you think is better? I am not going to spend $100 on a bulb, will these work with the $10-$25 hps bulbs? Thanks everyone.

I just got one 150 watt florolux hps light. I tried air cooling it but the little vents whistle when air gets sucked into it and there is not a lot of air flow. It does keep it nice and cool, but it is unacceptable. I stopped air cooling it and ran it about 15 minutes and it got really hot...
