I was wondering how dry my shake needs to be to make canna butter I cropped out yesterday so its been drying for a day But I dont really think i should matter if its dry or not should it??

I fully grew out the mother plant till she presexed and then i took 5 clones off her all of them are doing well but one of them is just growing with some holes in its leaves. Its the biggest one of them as well. There are no pests as its a closed off well kept grow room what would cause this?
