Can I clone a plant while in flowering? Is it recomended?

This is my second time cloning. The first time it worked well..This time not so much.I use rooter plugs, clonex, humidity dome,ph'ed water. The temps are always around 80 with humidity levels around 85%. Please help I'm stressing out over it. Oh they are Blackjack clones.

Is there a way to lower the humidity in my dry room without a dehumidifier?

If I understand the sog method correctly, one may harvest every two weeks, going from clone straight to flowering. But, according to strain information, flowering takes 50-53 days. So my confusion is how would it be possible to have a harvest every two weeks when it takes 50-53 weeks to flower??

The fan I have running in my room is attatched to the ceiling which is the floor in my kitchen. The size of the fan only allows me to hook it to the ceiling and when I turn it on it rattles the floor something awful. Any suggestions on how I can correct?
