I went to check on my grow, recently moved... Now there are small little flies that look like fruit flies around my plants. Don't know if that's a problem or how to fix it... Suggestions?

I recently found allot of seeds in with my “medicinal white widow”, wasn’t all that surprised to get popcorn...medicinal normally means government grown rather than private grow houses.... out of 10, 6 germinated and I have them growing on my windowsill, currently they are about 3-5cm or...
