hello i have a quick question to ask. i have a fan that is capable of moving 220 m3 of air per hour but the carbon filter i have is capable of extracting 160 m3. can i still use this filter? or do i need to buy a new one?

hello this is my first time growing these are my plants they are 5 weeks into vegging (24/7 under 600 hps) some of them started turning yellow and have white bumps in their lower stem. plz help
