i think that i put my plants under the 12/12 flowering stage too soon... i have had them under those hours for about 3 weeks now and i havent seen any changes... would it mess up the plants if i put them back under 24 hour light?

how many times can you "top" a plant? and after its been topped, how long should I wait to top again? if anyone has pics or comments, your help will be great
