So I am a newbie but not really but when it comes to shwazzing I am new and so I made the dumb ass decision to go ahead and shwazz. Will it recover and bring me ten pounds. Lol. lights is 10,000 Chinese watts 1000 real watts And it is 35 inches above what do y’all recommend.
