When seeds start sprouting up how long do I need to leave the light on them 24 hours a day or 20/4 ?

Is there anyone out there that could tell me the most efficient way to set up a venting set up for a cool tube in line fan ? Blower ? It will be in a 6x6 room ,600w .might run co2 later ?

I am going to be running a 600w light ststem , I have 14 gauge wire in the room I am going to be using and it is hooked up to a double 50 amp fuse , Will this wire hold up to the job or do I need to go bigger gauge ? Please help ! I know nothing about electricity !!!
