I don't see it mentioned much, but all the local Hydro Stores in the SF Bay carry the stuff. It's in a plain brown bag. I have been using the stuff for the last 4 seasons, and every year it gets more expensive! Used to be less the $10 a bag now it is close to $20. Just curious what others...

Curious what everyone thinks about this? I have a few plants in pots and I have just started to turn them 180 degrees everyday to maximize light exposure to the whole plant. Seems like a good idea but I want to get everyones feedback. Would this cause any additional stress on the plant?
