Soooo, i have taken clones again from a mother plant. And she was definitely female.. now the plants are showing some odd changes.. are these seed sacks forming? And if so. What would have made them change genders?

Hey all, new here. Put my plants outside august 1. And they took about 11 days to show any flowering changes. Would my first week of flower be considered when she started showing buds or on the 1st?
