I planted this 2 months ago and i didnt expect it to reach this level,i am not doing anything special for it.same pot,watering every 6 days and thats it. How can i start taking care of it right?what does it need?is it in vegetation stage?

I grew these 2 beauties using this french cactus soil and it's drying quickly.but i am only spraying them 4~6 sprays per day.Is this soil bad for my plants? Can i change to another soil? I tried to translate what is written there.
