Hello fellow growers..I just transplanted for the first time..I mixed my soil and some perlite..watered to moisten soil then dug hole and transplanted..should i turn the light to half power(veg switch) or keep it at full (veg and bloom switch)..tent is 4ft tall and seedling is about 22in away...
