I noticed some small white bugs that are near microscopic to the eye. I almost missed them if it weren't for me staring so heavily at the plant/soil. I'm not sure what to make of these but they're freaking me out. Here is a link to the video i posted on YT:

So I noticed these buggers a few days ago and I’m not sure what to make of them. If they’re dangerous I want them out ASAP. Can anyone please help me? This is the video I took of the white bugs in question Also link here as well;
