Have been growing my first plant and is now week 7 but still cannot see or tell if it's male or female yet I put into flowering 12/12 last week so day 7 flower and still nothing I grow in closet with fan and 4 cfls 2 25w 2 15w And then just sunlight for most of the day Is it normal to not see...

Hi there I am new grower and am wondering what sort of problems is my 15 day old seedling going thru I keep it under 14w LED bulb and was growing good only till a couple a days ago it begin twisting and black spots appeared at the tips any ideas on what I am doing wrong ? Pics below
