Hello everyone and than you for reading, I have a 315w cmh light and lately it has been turning on 15mins late, then I plug the ballast in/out and it turns on again for the rest of the night. This is very strange so I a curious if anyone has a fix? Is it the ballast, bulb? Thanks for any help!

This is kind of strange but I have a fan connected to my carbon filter I just hooked up and for a day I had it hooked in a regular outlet and it ran fine 24/hrs a day. Now I put it in my lighting controller with a new 14gauge extension cord and it turns off/on every 15min or so without any timer...
