Well I've used the quantum boards they work well but if you want plants over 4' you'll have to spend money on optics for the QB thus making them more expensive than Cree CXB3590 COBs

CXB3590 DB bin changes everything but people need to run them 50w or less it jumped from 56% to 60% efficiency but people are stuck on price not performance. BTW the Full spectrum Chinese COBs do work I'm waiting to add some to my grow to show people not just say they work but to prove a point...
