Thats kind of tuff to answer honestly. To me? YES. But if this makes sense, its more a matter of "effect", than it is potency. If you grew out 100 nl5xnh seeds from Swami, you'll almost certainly get a certain number of highly potent, shorter plants... as well as a certain # of potent, taller...

The plant structure of the skunky one will be leggy, on the lanky side. They stretch like crazy, so if youre in a tent, you need to train the hell out of em. Keep bending/tying down any stretching shoots.
