You can get a oscillating fan blowing air more towards the floor around the pots helping the soil dry out. Keep your humidity right where it is and even let the temps get up to 80 degrees. Definitely hand water after.

If you have good ventilation and air movement then you can rule out environmental factors. I never grown in coco so hopefully someone can determine if it's watering to much or to little and nutrients. Your new growth looks ok for now. Wish I could help.

I do the same, just plain water for the last week. I've heard people advising to run a ton of water through the soil the last couple weeks? That's a bad idea.
