Fox Farm Ocean Forest is not how they used to be....more bark then soil anymore. Too hot and damn near $45 a 1.5 cu ft bag. Roots Organics Soil seems to drain better. Has nutrients already in it as well. Not as hot as FFOF and costs about $15 USD cheaper per 1.5 cu ft bag.

That's even small for 3 weeks.....By day 15 from seed, plants are usually around the 5th node, ready for topping and a new pot.

Yea she's a lost cause....on to the next one. If you use a pot that large, next time only water around the stem base until the plant grows into the pot. A seedling like that don't need much water at all. Good chance you drowned it.

Many people start autos in their final pot.

Considering that it more then likely had taken 24-48 hours for the seeds to even open....I would say you are just being impatient. If you don't see anything by day 5, I would open one and see what's going on.
