I've heard this before, but I dont think its been proven. If you got pics to share of a comparison I'd like to see them. :-P What is proven is that MH makes plants stretch less which can be a good or bad thing depending on strain and grow style.

i cant see the seeds, i see a bunch of calyxes with hairs sticking out. i'm not that good at this tho.

you can harvest the tops, then give the bot buds a week or so. cure both and find out what works best for ya :-)
